I’m an avid reader of webcomics, and as luck would have it, a writer. Now, after spending three years reading the things, it’s only natural that I wish to actually contribute and create one. Unfortunately, there’s a small problem. I can’t draw. At all. It’s horrible. What I’m thinking of right now is something of a fantasy-type comic (Just what the world needs, another one). Kinda. Wow, that sounds good, I’m an artists whom is training to do comics. I ‘m still learning, but I wouldn’t mind to have a bit of practice. I would see it I can help depending on the style of comic. :3
Your best bet would be to learn how to draw. I can give it a test drive with you though.

This is how I think about it . . . I completely remove thoughts of "clean" or "green" from my head . . . and think will this eventually make money and is this "cleaner" than current technology . . . is it an improvement no matter how mild. If the answer to both is yes, then go for it . . . Someone and some country is going to be the benefactor of such technologies so why not Singapore . . .
If Singapore can correctly do this . . . just think of the jobs and international claim . . . this could be huge.
